A $49 report is a one-time, state-specific research summary generated for the vehicle and intended use you provide at checkout. Status labels (“likely OK,” “restricted,” “likely blocked,” “verify with DMV”) are our informed assessment based on publicly available primary sources as of the report's last-verified date — not a certification, and not binding on any government agency.
Titling and registration rules for imported vehicles change, sometimes with little notice. We maintain a weekly research refresh process, but we cannot guarantee a report reflects a rule change that happened after its last-verified date.
If a report was generated for the wrong state or vehicle due to a checkout error on our end, contact support@keitoreg.com within 14 days and we'll make it right or refund the purchase.
