What we collect

• Your email address, if you join a state waitlist or purchase a report.
• Vehicle details (year, make, model, chassis/VIN) you enter to generate a report.
• Payment information, processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
• Basic usage analytics (pages visited, general location) to understand which states to research next.

How we use it

After a purchase, your report is available immediately at a private link on the site — we also email you that link so it's easy to find again later; we don't attach a report file to the email. We use your email to notify you when a waitlisted state is covered, and to send occasional updates about material changes to a state you've purchased a report for. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Who we share it with

Payments are processed by Stripe, transactional emails (like your report-ready link) are sent through our email provider, and our data is hosted with our database and infrastructure providers. These vendors only receive what they need to do their job, and they don't get to use it for anything else.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry or report data at any time by emailing support@keitoreg.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
